Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1 Order Processing & Dispatch
• Guide packing team on orders to be packed
• Process daily orders from the website (Shopify), Amazon, Myntra, etc.
• Generate shipping labels and invoices
• Ensure all orders are dispatched on time (same day or next day)

2. Logistics Coordination
• Schedule pickups and track shipments
• Follow up on delayed or stuck orders

3. Returns & Exchanges
• Manage return and exchange requests
• Coordinate reverse pickups
• Maintain proper records of returned products

4. Inventory Tracking
• Maintain stock records in Excel/Google Sheets
• Update inventory after dispatch and returns
• Inform the team about low stock levels
