Job Description

We are hiring a detail-oriented executive to screen jobseeker profiles, complete and verify candidate details over the phone, suggest relevant jobs, and ensure jobseeker profiles are updated and professional candidates are active on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call job seekers to verify and complete their profiles

  • Update candidate skills, experience, location, and job preference

  • Suggest suitable salon jobs based on profile fit

  • Identify and mark spam or unprofessional profiles

  • Flag suspicious activity and maintain platform hygiene

  • Ensure accurate and complete candidate data

Eligibility & Skills

  • Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)

  • Comfortable with daily calling and follow-ups

  • Prior experience in telecalling, HR screening, recruitment, or customer support is a plus

  • Freshers with good communication skills can apply
