Operation Executive

We’re looking for an Operations Executive (Generalist) to help us run and improve daily operations across logistics, refurbishment, inventory, and on-ground execution.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup environment. Responsibilities will evolve as the business grows. You’ll be expected to pick things up quickly, work with multiple teams, and take ownership of outcomes—not just tasks..

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across multiple functions.

• Coordinate with on-ground teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Help ensure things move on time and issues get resolved.

• Track basic data and keep operations running smoothly.

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or breakdowns—and help fix them.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience (or equivalent hands-on exposure).

• Basic working knowledge of Excel / MS Office.

• Clear communication and strong follow-up habits.

• High ownership, reliability, and learning mindset.
