The New Store Opening Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all activities related to the successful launch of new retail outlets. The role ensures that the store is fully operational, compliant, and ready for business as per company standards.
Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Admin, IT, Operations, and Marketing
Ensure store setup including fixtures, interiors, branding, and utilities
Manage vendor coordination for civil work, electricals, and installations
Track project timelines and ensure store opening within deadlines
Support in hiring, onboarding, and training of store staff
Ensure proper inventory planning and stock availability before launch
Conduct store readiness checks and audits prior to opening
Assist in planning and execution of store launch activities and promotions
