Job Description

Green World Energy is looking for an Operations Executive to manage daily operations and support our solar projects. The candidate will handle online documentation, customer coordination, MSCEB form processing, and ensure smooth workflow between office teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations related to solar project work.
Fill and submit online forms for solar applications, approvals, and MSCEB requirements.
Coordinate with customers to collect required documents and provide updates.
Prepare quotations, project reports, and Excel sheets for customer and office use.
Handle MSCEB documentation such as customer name change forms, load change forms, and solar net-metering applications.
Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
