Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Coordination & CRM Management
Manage and update the CRM (HubSpot/Zoho) with leads, opportunities, and pipeline
stages.
Support the team in preparing pitches, proposals, and MoUs for CSR and institutional
partners.
Track communication and follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure timely
responses.
2. Data & Reporting
Maintain and analyze sales dashboards, weekly performance reports, and forecast sheets.
Create data-driven insights for leadership to inform strategy and decision-making.
Ensure all client and deal documentation is organized and compliant with company
standards.
3. Process & Operations
Support smooth execution of CSR, school, and government partnership projects.
Coordinate with internal teams — content, finance, and marketing — for proposal,
billing, and project updates.
Identify process bottlenecks and help automate repetitive operational tasks.
4. Collaboration & Support
Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to monitor sales targets and performance
KPIs.
Coordinate with the finance team for invoice generation, payment tracking, and
reconciliation.
Assist in building internal knowledge bases and partnership trackers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or business
coordination roles.
Strong command over Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with CRM tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Experience
Experience in education, CSR, or social impact sectors.
Familiarity with government partnership documentation and CSR proposal
workflows.
Comfort with tools like Power BI, Google Data Studio, or project management platforms.
