Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Coordinator to join our Operations team and manage the end-to-end order lifecycle of door frame products. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between customers, production teams, and logistics—ensuring that every order is accurately processed, tracked, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibility
Oversee Daily Operations
Manage and coordinate all day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning across departments
Process Optimization
Continuously analyze and improve workflows and operational processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.
Resource & Inventory Management
Oversee effective allocation of resources, manage inventory levels, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
Budget & Cost Control
Monitor operational budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Required Skills
1. Working knowledge of production workflows in wood frame manufacturing.
2. 6 to 12 months of experience in order processing or production coordination, preferably in the door or modular frame industry.
2. Excellent communication skills—written and verbal (client interaction is key).
3. Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously and prioritize work.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel.
