Job Title: Operations Executive – Mutual Funds

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities related to mutual fund investments. The role involves handling transactions, compliance, reporting, and client servicing to ensure smooth functioning of mutual fund operations in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Process client transactions in mutual funds including purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIP/STP/SWP registrations.

Ensure timely and accurate execution of orders in coordination with AMCs, RTAs, and distributors.

Reconcile fund data including NAVs, units, folios, and transaction reports.

Prepare and verify client account statements, reports, and MIS.

Handle client queries related to mutual fund operations and provide prompt resolutions.

Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and internal policies.

Coordinate with custodians, banks, and fund houses for settlements and reconciliations.

Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of all mutual fund transactions.

Support audit, compliance checks, and regulatory reporting requirements.
