Oversee and manage daily operational activities related to heavy commercial vehicle servicing and field operations.

Coordinate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Serve as the main point of contact for field engineers, providing timely support and resolving site-level issues.

Ensure all operational processes run smoothly, efficiently, and within set timelines.

Facilitate seamless internal communication between departments, including service teams, logistics, and technical staff.

Monitor and report on project progress, engineer performance, and operational bottlenecks.

Maintain detailed documentation of client communications, engineer reports, and service records.

Assist in planning and deployment of field engineers and technical teams to job sites.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.
