We are hiring an E-commerce Operations Assistant for our new project. The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and interested in e-commerce and social media operations.
Product listing on e-commerce portals and internal systems
Product packing and order preparation
Updating order status, inventory, and product details on the portal
Coordinating basic logistics and dispatch updates
Assisting in day-to-day e-commerce operations
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.)
Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business)
Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets, email, dashboards)
Ability to handle products carefully and maintain records
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
Candidates eager to learn e-commerce and digital operations
Local candidates preferred (if physical packing work is involved)
