Operation Executive

Overview:

The Operations Executive plays a key role in supporting day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and organizational growth. This position works closely with multiple departments to streamline processes, coordinate operational activities, and monitor performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and business continuity

• Track and analyze operational performance and prepare regular reports for management

• Coordinate with internal teams—such as logistics, finance, HR, and sales—to optimize processes

• Implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices

• Assist in resource planning, scheduling, and project coordination

• Identify operational issues and recommend effective solutions

• Support budget and cost-control initiatives

• Ensure compliance with company standards and relevant regulations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in operations or a similar role (varies by company level)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
