Qualification:

• MBA / BBA / B.Tech (Preferred)

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills

• Flexible, fast learner with quick grasping ability

• Basic MS Office knowledge

• Basic understanding of sales / operations / business development

• Ability to coordinate across multiple domains

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers across various industries.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy of customer information.

• Maintain and update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM/system.

• Coordinate with teams handling recruitment, coaching, IT services, engineering services, and product sales.

• Follow up with customers for conversions and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.

• Provide clear and accurate information to customers about products and services.
