Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operation Executive based in New Delhi. The Operation Executive will handle day-to-day operational tasks, including operations management, conducting analysis, and ensuring efficient communication within the team and with clients. The role entails ensuring smooth running of customer service operations by managing customer service and queries, optimizing processes. Conducting welcome calls with the customer. Lead customer support operations, ensuring efficient appointment bookings and prompt query resolutions.

Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management
Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making
Bachelor degree in healthcare operations is a must
1 to 2 years previous experience in operations or similar role is a plus
