Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operation Executive based in New Delhi. The Operation Executive will handle day-to-day operational tasks, including operations management, conducting analysis, and ensuring efficient communication within the team and with clients. The role entails ensuring smooth running of customer service operations by managing customer service and queries, optimising processes. Conducting welcome calls with the customer. Lead customer support operations, ensuring efficient appointment bookings and prompt query resolutions.
