About us
Bridge Comm is the Digital Out-of-Home media division of Mercantile Advertising, a name with 45+ years of brand building in India. We run a premium network of HD LED screens at major railway stations across Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Punjab and beyond.
This is not a traditional agency job. It is fast, commercial, and it rewards people who think on their feet.
What the role actually is
You will be the operational backbone of our campaigns, from the moment a client books a screen to the moment the creative goes live. Less of a coordinator, more the person who owns the full loop.
The role also involves occasional travel to screen sites and meetings with railway and other authorities. If getting out of the office to close things out appeals to you, you will enjoy this.
What you will own
Campaign execution: Push creatives on our in-house software, track live campaigns daily, and flag issues before the client does.
Data accuracy: Keep campaign and client data correct, updated, and easy to access. Check for errors, fix them, and spot anything that looks off before it becomes a problem.
Rate calculations: Build client estimates and work out spot rates against normal rates across the screen network. Speed and accuracy both matter.
Client and agency coordination: Follow up on POs, payments, creatives, and approvals. Own the follow-up without being asked.
Reporting and billing: Maintain campaign trackers in Excel, coordinate invoices, and keep records airtight. Pull reports and summaries that help the team make decisions.
Records: Organise and maintain both physical and digital records so nothing is ever hard to find.
Email communication: Draft professional outreach, campaign updates, and follow-ups on your own.
Support: Step in on admin work for other teams when it is needed.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive client and commercial information with care at all times.
Who we are looking for
Quick to respond, same day, every day. Slow communication is a dealbreaker here.
Comfortable with numbers. Rate cards, calculations, and Excel are a daily part of the job.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. You can juggle several things at once without dropping any.
Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to write emails, draft content, and solve problems. We actively encourage this.
Graduate, with 2 to 4 years in media operations, advertising, or a coordination-heavy role. OOH or DOOH experience is a bonus, not a must.
Open to a 6 day working week.

Compensation: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month, with real room to grow.
