Identify and analyze tender opportunities from various government/ private portals.
Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal departments for gathering necessary data, certificates, and approvals.
Maintain proper documentation of submitted tenders and related correspondence.
Track tender status, follow up on submissions, and update management.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements, terms & conditions, and deadlines.
Maintain vendor registrations on e-procurement portals.
Support in preparing technical and financial bids.
Assist in drafting contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
Graduate/ Diploma in Business, Commerce, or relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in tendering/ bidding/ documentation.
Good knowledge of government e-tendering portals and online submission process.
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PDF handling).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
