Job Title: Operations Associate (Blended Process – Calls, Chat & Emails)
Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)
Stipend: Up to ₹30,000
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift: Rotational (Including Night Shifts for Male)
Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Associate for a blended process role, handling customer
interactions via calls, chats, and emails. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain
hands-on experience in the travel and hospitality sector.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, chat support, and email queries from customers.
• Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, modifications, and other service-related
inquiries.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain records and update CRM systems.
Requirements:
• Freshers or candidates with prior experience in customer service are welcome.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Quick learner with problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling.
