💰 Compensation: Up to ₹20,000/month

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Warmly welcome guests and ensure seamless check-ins

✅ Address guest queries and proactively resolve issues

✅ Encourage guests to leave 5-star reviews on Google, MMT, and Booking.com

✅ Conduct daily room and breakfast quality checks

✅ Share daily reports with the cluster manager and collaborate with central teams

Who We’re Looking For: 🎓 Graduate (Hospitality/Hotel Management background preferred)

🧳 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Desk, or Hotel Operations

🗣️ Good communication skills in English and local language
