Key Responsibilities:
Policy & Application Management: Processing new applications, renewals, and cancellations; preparing and submitting documents; handling endorsements.
Customer Service: Addressing customer queries, feedback, and complaints; managing case management for applications; retaining customers from surrendering policies.
Operational Efficiency: Managing daily branch administration, ensuring compliance, maintaining records, and implementing process improvements.
Coordination: Liaising with internal teams (sales, marketing) and external partners (insurers, service providers) for smooth workflow.
Reporting & Administration: Preparing premium collection reports, managing MIS, and handling branch audit activities.
Sales Support: Generating leads from walk-ins and assisting sales teams with operational needs.
