Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and responsible Field Operations & Partner Development Executive to manage outdoor marketing activities, source and onboard service partners, conduct field audits, and handle partner/customer grievances. The role requires strong field presence, coordination skills, and problem-solving abilities to ensure service quality and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Outdoor Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Execute outdoor and on-ground marketing activities such as society visits, flyer distribution, standees, banners, and local tie-ups.

• Conduct RWA, shop, and society-level promotions to generate leads.

• Collect market feedback, competitor activity data, and customer insights.

• Support local campaigns and promotional events as planned by the marketing team.

Partner Sourcing & Onboarding

• Identify, source, and onboard cleaning partners / technicians / vendors.

• Conduct partner screening, basic verification, and documentation (KYC).

• Coordinate training schedules and explain SOPs, service quality standards, and payout structures.

• Act as a point of contact for partners for daily operational issues.

Audit & Quality Checks

• Perform field audits at customer locations during or after service delivery.

• Ensure adherence to service SOPs, safety standards, and uniform guidelines.

• Submit audit reports with photos, observations, and corrective action points.

• Track repeat issues and escalate critical gaps to management.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
