Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

  • Arrange and manage transport logistics for dispatch and delivery.

  • Oversee order processing, billing, and documentation to ensure smooth transactions.

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, transporters, and customers.

  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met during delivery and billing.

  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse for dispatch scheduling.

  • Support the sales team in client communication, quotations, and order follow-ups.
