1️⃣ Role OverviewThe Operations Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end travel service execution, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, vendors, airlines, hotels, transport providers, and internal teams. The role demands operational efficiency, strong coordination skills, customer handling ability, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.The candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, error-free booking management, timely confirmations, cost control, and customer satisfaction.2️⃣ Core Objectives of the RoleEnsure smooth execution of travel bookingsMinimize operational errors and booking discrepanciesMaintain strong vendor relationshipsDeliver high customer satisfactionOptimize costs and marginsEnsure documentation complianceSupport sales team in closing deals3️⃣ Key ResponsibilitiesA. Booking & Reservation ManagementHandle domestic and international flight bookingsProcess hotel reservations (FIT & Group bookings)Arrange airport transfers and local transportationCoordinate sightseeing and tour packagesManage cruise and holiday package bookingsReconfirm bookings before client departureB. Itinerary Planning & CustomizationPrepare detailed travel itinerariesDesign customized holiday packagesEnsure itinerary accuracy (timing, location, pricing)Cross-check visa requirements for destination countriesProvide alternative options in case of unavailabilityC. Vendor CoordinationCoordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport vendorsNegotiate competitive ratesEnsure service-level agreements are followedMaintain vendor databaseEvaluate vendor performance periodicallyD. Documentation & ComplianceEnsure correct ticket issuanceVerify passport & visa detailsAssist with visa documentation processCoordinate travel insurance issuanceMaintain booking confirmations and invoicesEnsure GST compliance in billingE.
