Operation Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Operations professional with strong expertise in MS Excel to support and streamline our sales processes. The role involves handling day-to-day sales operations, preparing reports, analyzing data, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring smooth execution of business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain sales data, reports, and trackers using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, etc.).

• Support the sales team by providing accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and business insights.

• Monitor daily sales performance, lead pipelines, and operational KPIs.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of sales and operational activities.

• Prepare sales forecasts, analyze trends, and identify gaps/opportunities for process improvement.

• Ensure accuracy of data entry, reporting, and documentation.

• Assist in creating process automation and templates in Excel to optimize efficiency.

• Handle backend operations including order management, invoicing support, and documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Conditional Formatting, Dashboarding, etc.).

• Good understanding of sales processes and operations management.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, MIS, or Data Analysis.

• Prior experience in real estate / IT / service industry (preferred but not mandatory).

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
