Operation Executive

Responsibilities:

·        Coordinate with clients or sales executives to collect necessary documents for loan applications.

·        Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and submitted according to regulatory requirements.

·        Liaise with clients to clarify any missing or incomplete information in their loan applications.

·        Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate the loan approval process.

·        Maintain organized records of loan documents and client communications.

Skills Required:

·        Proficiency in loan documentation processes and regulations.

·        Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and internal teams.

·        Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documents.

·        Ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.

·        Prior experience in loan documentation or related fields preferred.

Qualification:

·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

·        Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in loan documentation or mortgage processing.

·        Proficiency in loan documentation processes and regulatory requirements.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.

·        Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
