Profile: Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

· Manage and process sales orders efficiently and accurately.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.

· Align and coordinate customer calls within the department.

· Organize meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for the sales and service team.

· Work with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.

· Assist the sales and service team all over.

Requirements
