We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations & Customer Support Executive to support our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling customer interactions, preparing insurance quotations, managing documentation, coordinating with various offices, and assisting with basic image editing tasks.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Generate insurance quotations.
Manage and submit documents to various offices.
Maintain records and support daily office operations.
Perform basic image editing using Canva/Photoshop.
Requirements:
12th (Graduate preferred) (any stream).
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.
Good communication and multitasking skills.
Basic image editing knowledge preferred.
Experience
Freshers with strong communication and computer skills may apply.
1–3 years of experience in administration, customer service, insurance, or operations is preferred.
