Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Backend Operations Executive to support our BGV operations team. The role involves handling verification data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth backend processing of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update candidate/background verification data in internal systems
Process and track BGV cases with accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate with verification teams and internal departments
Ensure proper documentation and data integrity
Handle email communication and follow-ups with internal teams
Support in resolving basic operational queries

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Basic understanding of computer operations
Willingness to learn BGV processes

Eligibility:

Graduate in any stream (Freshers welcome)
