We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive to support the day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in email communication, data management using MS Excel, presentations using MS PowerPoint, and a solid foundation in general computer applications. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow, coordination among departments, and timely execution of tasks.
Coordinate and execute daily operational activities to ensure timely delivery and smooth business flow
Communicate effectively via professional emails with internal teams, clients, and vendors
Prepare reports, charts, and data analysis using MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
Create and present business or operational presentations using MS PowerPoint
Maintain and update internal databases and documentation
Support the operations team in project execution, logistics coordination, and workflow optimization
Identify operational issues and assist in resolving them promptly
Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures
Provide administrative support as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in an operations or administrative role preferred
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.)
Strong MS PowerPoint skills (presentations, formatting, animations)
Excellent email writing skills with professional tone and clarity
Good general computer knowledge and adaptability to new software/tools
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
