Responsibilities-

Handle cold calling to potential customers and generate leads
Manage email communication with clients and internal teams
Prepare and process invoices, Purchase Orders (PO), and documentation
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations
Perform lead nurturing and conversion follow-ups
Maintain and update MIS reports and databases regularly
Assist in Public Relations (PR) activities and customer engagement
Ensure proper record-keeping and data accuracy
Support management with operational and administrative tasks
Visit Customers if required
