WEBVIO TECHNOLOGY is seeking a professional and courteous Back Office Executive to manage our operations. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments.

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent verbal ,Presentable and well groomed.

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

  Work Hours: [ 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 10:00 AM - 7:00PM ] Monday to Saturday]
