About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Operations & Client Service to support our daily business functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate data management, supporting client service activities, and maintaining organized documentation. Accurately update and manage client and business data in internal systems.
Maintain and organize both physical and digital records for quick access.
Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and report any inconsistencies.
Communicate with internal teams to clarify missing or incorrect data.
Generate basic reports to support operations and decision-making.
Support client coordination and ensure timely follow-ups when required.
Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company information.
12th pass minimum.
0.6 to 2 years of experience in Telesales, Customer Support, Client Relationship, or similar roles.
Good command of basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email handling).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and handle routine tasks efficiently.
Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
