About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Operations & Client Service to support our daily business functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate data management, supporting client service activities, and maintaining organized documentation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately update and manage client and business data in internal systems.

  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital records for quick access.

  • Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and report any inconsistencies.

  • Generate basic reports to support operations and decision-making.

  • Support client coordination and ensure timely follow-ups when required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 12th pass minimum.

  • 0.6 to 2 years of experience in Telesales, Customer Support, Client Relationship, or similar roles.

  • Good command of basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email handling).

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask and handle routine tasks efficiently.

  • Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
