We are hiring an Operations Executive – Back Office to handle daily operational and documentation work related to international courier and logistics. The role requires coordination with internal teams, courier partners, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and managing shipment documents (AWB, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
Coordinating with courier partners (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, etc.)
Tracking shipments and sharing timely updates
Coordinating with customers on calls whenever required
Data entry, reporting, and record maintenance
Follow-ups for pickups, deliveries, and clearances
Experience Required:
Minimum 6 months experience in logistics / courier / back-office operations
Requirements:
Personal laptop is mandatory
Stable high-speed internet connection required
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail
Working Hours: Full-time
