Experience :- 0–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or a similar role (preferred)
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Process Management- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
2. Order Fulfilment - Manage end-to-end order fulfilment, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete delivery of materials to clients.
3. Vendor Management & Negotiation - Onboard, manage, and negotiate with curated vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality assurance, and reliable supply.
4. Logistics Coordination - Coordinate loading, transportation, and delivery activities to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and on-time operations.
5. Customer Support - Deliver prompt and professional customer support by addressing client queries, issues, and escalations effectively
.
6. Documentation & Reporting - Deliver prompt and professional customer support by addressing client queries, issues, and escalations effectively.
7. Continuous Improvement - Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance overall service delivery.

Pre-requisites:-
Graduate in any discipline / B.E. (Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage
