Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain project trackers, MIS reports, and status updates.
Prepare quotations, BOQs, purchase orders, and work orders.
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, clients, and internal departments.
Track project timelines, material deliveries, and pending activities.
Manage project documentation, billing records, invoices, and contracts.
Schedule meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
Handle official emails and follow-ups.
Ensure timely submission and collection of project-related documents.
