📢 We’re Hiring | Onboarding Executive

Prompt Personnel Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Executive to join our HR team in Thane, Maharashtra.

🎓 Experience: Freshers are welcome
📍 Location: Thane, Maharashtra
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (In-hand)
🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays (Work From Home)
⏰ Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:45 PM

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees
• Coordinate document collection, verification, and employee records
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, joining documentation, and onboarding kits
• Ensure timely completion of compliance and statutory documentation
• Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions
• Coordinate with Payroll, IT, Admin, and Department Heads for seamless onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee databases and HRMS records
• Track onboarding progress and prepare regular reports

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR operations and onboarding processes
• Good documentation and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS/HR software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet timelines
