We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist parents, visitors, and vendors professionally.Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication efficiently.Maintain student records, attendance registers, and admission files.Assist in admission inquiries and coordinate with prospective parents.Manage inventory of office and classroom supplies.Handle basic accounting tasks like fee collection and receipt issuance.Coordinate with teachers and support staff for smooth daily operations.Support event planning, circulars, and parent communications.Ensure the office and reception area are clean and organized.Perform any other administrative duties assigned by school management.Requirements:Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).Good communication skills in English and local language.Friendly, polite, and child-loving attitude.Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.Prior experience in a school environment will be an added advantage
