Job Description

Schedule and dispatch service technicians for installation, maintenance, inspections, and emergency services.

Coordinate with clients to confirm service appointments, access requirements, and system availability.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician schedules, and customer interactions in the system (e.g., ERP or CRM).

Track open service tickets and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

Support the preparation of service reports, quotations, and invoices.

Liaise with the warehouse or procurement team for tools, parts, and equipment required for service jobs.

Monitor compliance with fire safety standards (e.g., NFPA, local codes) during service execution.

Handle customer complaints or escalations professionally and promptly.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports for management.
