1) Child Supervision & Safety

Monitor play areas to ensure children are playing safely

Enforce rules politely but firmly

Respond quickly to accidents, spills, or unsafe behavior

Report incidents to supervisors and complete incident reports if needed

2) Party & Event Support (if applicable)

Help set up and clean up birthday parties or group events

Assist hosts with food service, decorations, and guest coordination

Ensure parties run smoothly and on schedule

3) Teamwork

Work closely with other staff and supervisors

Follow company policies and procedures

Assist in other duties as assigned
