Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tender Executive to identify, track, and manage relevant tenders through the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal and other government procurement platforms. The role requires basic English communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office to maintain records, prepare documentation, and support the tender submission process.
Key Responsibilities
Regularly monitor and search for relevant tenders on the GeM Portal and other government procurement websites.
Identify opportunities aligned with the company’s products and services.
Maintain a daily tracker of tenders, deadlines, and submission status using Microsoft Excel.
Download tender documents and prepare summaries for internal review.
Assist in preparing and organizing required documents for tender submission.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary information and documentation.
Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders to meet submission deadlines.
Maintain proper digital filing and documentation of all tender-related records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge or familiarity with the GeM Portal (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic English reading and writing skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines efficiently.
