We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Executive to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office tasks, managing files, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks.
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (physical and digital).
Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, couriers).
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Support procurement of office supplies and manage inventory.
Prepare reports, presentations, and data as needed.
Assist in onboarding new employees with necessary documentation and setup.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of office space.
Maintain records related to office expenses and petty cash.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Proven experience as an Office Executive, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
