About the Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive, well-organized and responsible Female Executive Assistant to work closely with the CEO and support the smooth functioning of the company.
The role involves managing the CEO’s schedule and meetings, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, conducting market research, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting day-to-day business operations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, professional etiquette, strong follow-up capabilities, discretion, and the ability to represent the company confidently when interacting with clients, partners and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CEO’s daily calendar, meeting schedule, appointments and priorities.
Coordinate meetings with clients, business partners, vendors, senior professionals and other stakeholders.
Prepare meeting agendas, required documents and briefing notes before important meetings.
Maintain a systematic follow-up tracker for meetings, commitments, proposals and pending actions.
Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry research relevant to the company’s business.
Identify and compile information about new markets, business opportunities, potential clients, competitors and industry trends.
Support the CEO in preparing presentations, reports, business updates and management summaries.
Coordinate with different departments to monitor day-to-day internal operations and ensure smooth execution.
Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring important instructions and decisions are properly communicated and followed up.
Represent the company professionally while accompanying the CEO for business meetings, conferences, events, client visits and other professional engagements.
Maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, associates and other important stakeholders.
Handle confidential business information and CEO-related matters with complete discretion and professionalism.
Assist in planning and coordinating business travel, meetings, events and other activities involving the CEO/team.
Travel with the CEO or business team whenever required for meetings, conferences, market visits or business development activities.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed within agreed timelines.
Identify operational gaps and proactively communicate them to the CEO with possible solutions.

Preferred Candidate
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM or relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.
1–4 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Business Operations, Office Management, Management Trainee, Business Coordination or a similar role.
Candidates with experience working directly with founders, CEOs, MDs or senior management will be preferred.
Freshers with exceptional communication, confidence, organizational skills and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
