The Office Executive will be responsible for handling daily office operations, coordinating with clients, maintaining records, and supporting administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
Handle day-to-day office administrative work and coordination
Attend and manage client calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
Act as a point of contact between clients, management, and internal teams
Maintain client records, follow-ups, and documentation
Prepare reports, letters, invoices, and other office documents
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate with clients accordingly
Support HR, accounts, or operations team as required
Maintain office files, records, and data confidentiality
Assist in onboarding documentation and basic coordination tasks
Ensure smooth communication and timely response to client requirements
Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients
Address client queries, concerns, and provide timely updates
Coordinate client requirements with internal departments
Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and clients efficiently
Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in office administration or client handling (preferred)
