Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in and online customers
Explain our document attestation & apostille process clearly
Follow up with clients regarding documentation and updates
Coordinate with internal teams: processing, accounts, and admin
Update client details in company software
Respond to emails and maintain proper communication
Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Handle office tasks and support day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
Freshers or candidates with relevant experience can apply
Must be responsible, punctual, and able to multitask
