Job Description As Provisional Distribution Manager at PNB MetLife, you will play a key role in growing and managing the company’s distribution network by building strong partnerships, driving sales performance, and ensuring compliance with business and regulatory standards.

Primary Responsibilities :

Manage and grow distribution network: Build, nurture, and expand relationships with channel partners, advisors, and intermediaries to increase sales and reach.

Develop and execute sales strategies: Plan and implement strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual business and revenue targets.

Recruitment & team development: Identify, recruit, onboard, train, and mentor advisors or sales partners for improved performance.

Market and trend analysis: Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs; adapt strategies accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a target-driven environment.

Freshers and experienced candidates may be considered.

Preferred / Beneficial Experience in financial services, insurance, sales, or distribution management (not mandatory).
