Key Responsibilities:
Draft and manage official emails and letters in English
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams via email and phone
Handle office documentation, filing, and record management
Perform data entry and maintain records using MS Word and Excel
Provide day-to-day administrative support to management
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office communication
Ensure timely follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking
Manage, track, and monitor online business portals such as Gem Portal, India MART, Tender Tiger and other related portals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Good written and verbal communication skills
