We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Executive to manage client interactions, support internal operations, coordinate projects, and represent the brand across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Client Handling & Communication
Manage day-to-day office-based client interactions professionally
Coordinate with clients for meetings, follow-ups, and documentation
Address client queries and ensure smooth communication flow
Presentations & Documentation
Prepare professional presentations, reports, and proposals
Maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation
Assist management with data compilation and reporting
Onboarding & Coordination
Handle onboarding of new clients, vendors, or team members
Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes
Support HR and operations in onboarding-related documentation
Project Coordination
Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating ongoing projects
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and management
YouTube & Social Media Brand Representation
Represent the company’s brand on YouTube and social media platforms
Assist in content coordination, scheduling, and basic engagement
Support brand communication in line with company guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of social media platforms and branding
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
