Job Description

Office Executive

Assistant Executive is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage routine administrative tasks efficiently while easing the overall workload of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in day-to-day administrative and office operations

  • Filing, organizing, and maintaining physical and digital documents

  • Drafting letters, reports, notices, and other official documents as required

  • Supporting seniors in administrative and clerical tasks

  • Handling routine office communication and follow-ups

  • Helping streamline administrative processes to reduce workload and improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 0–1 year of experience in an administrative or assistant role (Freshers can apply)

  • Basic knowledge of drafting official documents and letters

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment

  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn

  • Candidate must have a laptop in good working condition
