We are hiring a responsible and detail-oriented Female Office Executive to manage air ticket bookings, client inquiries, vendor coordination, and follow-ups for visa and holiday packages.

The role requires good communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle daily office operations efficiently.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle air ticket bookings (Domestic & International)

• Respond to client queries via call, WhatsApp & email

• Coordinate with vendors for best rates (Flight, Visa, Hotel, Holidays)

• Prepare quotations and send updates to clients

• Follow-up with clients for confirmation & payments

• Maintain booking records and client database

• Assist in processing Visa & Holiday Packages

• Ensure smooth coordination between sales & operations

🔹 Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Basic knowledge of air ticketing & travel packages (preferred)

• Confident in handling calls & WhatsApp inquiries

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Google Sheets)

• Organized & detail-focused

🔹 Eligibility

• Graduate preferred

• Experience in travel agency preferred

• Freshers with good communication skills may apply
