We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Coordinator who will handle daily office operations, documentation, client coordination, dispatch management, and administrative tasks. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and share Quotations & Proforma Invoices

  • Manage dispatch details & courier coordination

  • Track shipments and update clients

  • Handle incoming & outgoing emails

  • Coordinate with clients via phone & email
