Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain and update records with accurate data entry in Excel and internal systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Manage office documentation, records, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Follow up with customers and stakeholders via phone and email.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and supporting office management activities.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
